Good practices were collected through a dedicated questionnaire for the project’s 4 service providing organisations and from 5 other European organisations (EPR members). Questions revolved around online, hybrid & distance activities and services provided during the COVID pandemic. Information was collected about the digital tools used, the content that was developed, the barriers & challenges and the needs that arose. The results were guided the development of the content of the VOLT Staff Guide.
